The crunch is salted with Cervia salt and creates a sweet-savoury contrast that works with chocolate, biscuit and caramel, in both creative flavours and classics.
Ideal for: peanut cremino flavours, chocolate flavours and gelato cups.
Features: gluten-free, no hydrogenated fats.
Directions: alternate layers of gelato and Brunella in the pan, or use as a cone dip and filling.
