DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Martini Gelato Brunella White is a spreadable white chocolate cream for rippling artisan gelato, with a soft, velvety texture even at -12/-14 °C.
Its sweet, milky taste pairs with hazelnut, pistachio and red berries; in the Brunellario it is also used to glaze gelato cakes and create marbled effects with other Brunelle.
Ideal for: white cremino flavours, glazed gelato cakes and semifreddo.
Features: gluten-free, no hydrogenated fats, Halal and Kosher certified.
Directions: alternate layers of gelato and Brunella in the pan, or use as a cone dip and filling.
Dosage: to taste.
