DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Rubicone Black Sesame Paste is a concentrated flavouring paste for artisan gelato with a black sesame taste, with a intense, roasted and slightly bitter profile.
Black Sesame Paste pairs well with Rubicone ripples, toppings and crumbles to create ever-new flavours; being vegan and dairy-free, it also works in water-based mixes.
Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.
Features: vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80 - 100 g per litre of mix.
