DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Elenka’s Naturèa Passion Fruit is a 100% passion fruit purée, to use instead of fresh fruit for an entirely natural gelato, or with fruit pastes for a more balanced taste.
Excellent with Elenka’s Anita base for granitas and sorbets, and for making ice lollies.
DOSAGE
With fruit paste: 250 g of Naturèa + 100 g of fruit paste + 750 g of water.
With fresh fruit: 250 g of Naturèa + 500 g of fruit + 250 g of water.
With Agrolina Ciaculli: 320 g of Naturèa + 30 g of Agrolina + 650 g of water + 0.5 g of bonificatore.
PACKAGING: 1 kg bag.
