Acai Top Fruit Paste Nsa (No Added Sugar) pairs well with Rubicone ripples, toppings and crumbles to create ever-new flavours; being vegan and dairy-free, it also works in water-based mixes.
Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.
Features: no added sugar, vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 900 g per litre of mix.
