Gelato Improver Cream Plus Cream Flavouring Toschi is a cream-flavoured powder blend that can be added to any base for a gelato with a pleasant note of cream.
At 20 g per litre it adds a cream flavour to any base, milk or water: the simplest way to give roundness to fior di latte and cream gelato without changing the recipe.
Ideal for: fior di latte, cream gelato and bases to flavour.
