DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS

Elenka’s Mr Dark is a highly versatile dark filling cream made with cocoa.

Perfect as a filling, velvety with an intense chocolate taste, and as a coating, semi-glossy with a lasting even finish. Ideal for profiteroles, tea cakes and satin glazes: thanks to its structure it does not crack.

Store and work at around 18 °C, in a dry place, away from heat sources and with the pack tightly closed.

DOSAGE: to taste.
