Quella® Pistachio MEC3 is a versatile spreadable cream with a rich and full-bodied flavor. Ideal for creating sophisticated cremini, it satisfies all pistachio lovers. Try it also as a delicious filling in your classic or creative recipes.

USE: Pour the cream directly into the gelato pan. Leave it in the blast chiller for 25–30 minutes and then place it in the gelato display case, or leave the pan directly in the display case and wait about 2 hours before serving.
