Toschi Antonella Nocciolata cream is a velvety cremino cream for gelato and pastry, light brown in colour with a hazelnut and milk flavour.
Recommended pairings: fior di latte, coffee, chocolate and custard gelato.
Dosage: as a ripple, topping or cremino, as desired; as a paste 600–800 g per litre of milk.
