Martini Gelato Lactose-Free Yogurt Flavour is a complete powder base for lactose-free yogurt-flavoured artisan gelato, ready with water only.
It has the same fresh taste as traditional yogurt gelato and meets the growing demand for lactose-free products in gelato shops too.
Ideal for: lactose-free yogurt gelato and cups.
Features: gluten-free, lactose-free, no hydrogenated fats.
Directions: dissolve the base in water at 20 °C with a stick blender and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 1 bag + 2.5 L of water at 20 °C.
Processing: cold.
