DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Leagel Easy Crema Fiorentina is a ready product from the Easy Crema line: the ancient 16th-century Florentine custard, in an egg-free version.
In the Leagel Crema Croccante all'Amarena recipe, Easy Crema Fiorentina is paired with Variegato Croccantino all'Amarena and Granella di Meringa; it lets even less experienced staff make consistent gelato.
Ideal for: custard gelato, sundaes with amarena cherries and zuppa inglese.
Features: Easy Crema line, just add milk, also suitable for soft-serve, gluten-free.
Directions: mix with milk, leave for a few minutes and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 330 g of product per 1 litre of milk.
Processing: hot (85 °C) or cold.
