Leagel Easy Fior di Latte is a ready product from the Easy Crema line: fior di latte with a clean milk taste.
Easy Fior di Latte cuts the steps in the lab, since you only add the stated liquid and batch-freeze; it lets even less experienced staff make consistent gelato.
Ideal for: fior di latte to ripple, stracciatella and sundaes.
Features: Easy Crema line, just add milk, also suitable for soft-serve, gluten-free.
Directions: mix with milk, leave for a few minutes and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 400 g of product per 1 litre of milk.
Processing: cold.
