Formulated to harden in touch with Gelato for creating a crunchy effect. Perfect to be used as a Stracciatella to ripple and fill Gelato tubs and Semifreddo mousses.
Dosage: Use as you like for ice cream sticks, pralines and as Strecciatella on ice cream.
