DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Stickaway BASE may be used easily in stand mixer with the addition of milk. For a tastier ice cream just add 200/300 grams of cream per liter of mixture.
Recipe: Mix 600 gr. Milk + 100 Gr. Base + 300 Gr. of cream. The basic blend can be flavored with pastes to create tasty ice creams covered with Stickaway coatings.
