Milk Chocolate Paste pairs well with Rubicone ripples, toppings and crumbles to create ever-new flavours.
Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.
Features: gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80 g per litre of mix.
