Toschi Biscotto Nero Cookies paste is an artisan gelato paste with a black cocoa biscuit flavour, the classic cookies & cream loved by younger customers.

Ideal for: cookies & cream gelato, semifreddi, sticks and gelato cakes.

Directions: add the paste to the base mix, mix well, leave for 30 minutes and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 50 g per kg of base mix.
