Rubicone Vanilla Seed Gold Paste is a concentrated flavouring paste for artisan gelato with a vanilla bacche gold taste, with a sweet, warm and intensely vanilla-like profile.
Vanilla Seed Gold Paste lets you offer this flavour with a simple, consistent process that suits any lab; being vegan and dairy-free, it also works in water-based mixes.
Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.
Features: vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, Halal certified.
Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 30 g per litre of mix.
