It gives a sweet, creamy white chocolate gelato, perfect for rippling with red berries, pistachio or caramel, with a simple, consistent method.
Ideal for: white chocolate, rippled flavours and gelato cakes.
Features: gluten-free, no hydrogenated fats.
Directions: dissolve the base in lukewarm water with a stick blender and batch-freeze.
