DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Martini Gelato Cold Coffee Cream is a complete powder base designed for cafés, for making an intense coffee cream in a slush machine.
With milk, or milk and cream for a richer version, it gives a thick, full-bodied cold cream that is quick and easy to make.
Ideal for: cafés and gelato shops with a slush machine.
Directions: dissolve the base in the milk, blend and pour into the slush machine.
Dosage: 3 kg of milk + 1.1 kg of base, or 2 kg of milk + 1 kg of cream + 1.1 kg of base.
