Martini Gelato Fruit Liquid Base is a pasteurised UHT liquid base, ready to use, for fruit sorbets, with no milk or fat.

Just add fresh fruit for a natural, full-flavoured sorbet, with a quick method and consistent results.

Ideal for: fresh fruit sorbets and vegan menus.

Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats, Halal and Kosher certified.

Directions: blend the base with the fresh fruit and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 2 L of base + 1.1 kg of fresh fruit.

Processing: ready to use.
