DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS

Martini Gelato Amabile Base is an extremely silky powder base for artisan gelato, with a light vanilla note.

The balance of fats gives gelato excellent holding in the display case, for cream flavours that stay attractive and easy to serve all day.

Ideal for: cream flavours and long display times.

Features: gluten-free, no hydrogenated fats, Halal certified.

Directions: blend base and sugar, add to the milk, pasteurise and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 100 g of base and 245 g of sugar per 1 litre of milk.

Processing: hot.
