Rubicone Vegetal Lemon 100 is a powder base for artisan gelato, vegan and dairy-free; extra creamy lemon sorbet with stabilizers and flavors.

Vegetal Lemon 100 leaves room for the taste of pastes and ripples, which stay centre stage in the display.

Ideal for: sorbets and fruit gelato in the gelato lab.

Features: vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free.

Directions: dissolve base and sugar in the water and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 100 g of base and 400 g of sugar per 1 litre of water.

Processing: cold.
