Elenka’s Agrolina Ciaculli, in the 2.75 kg bottle, is a professional kit made up of concentrated lemon juice and an essential-oil bonificatore, designed as a natural alternative to fresh lemons for a balanced, consistent and controllable taste.

Ideal for lemon gelato, granitas and drinks; it can also be used to enhance and stabilise flavour when working with frozen or fresh juices. It reduces the variables linked to the seasonality and quality of fresh lemons.

The kit contains: concentrated lemon juice in a bottle + bonificatore (essential oil) in a vial.

DOSAGE
Lemon gelato: 1000 g of water + 350 g of sugar + 50 g of Geloin + 35 g of Agrolina + 1 g of bonificatore.
Granita: 1000 g of water + 200 g of sugar + 30 g of Agrolina + 1 g of bonificatore.
