The ancient flavours of Sicilian tradition come alive in Rosalia, a tribute to the Patron Saint of Palermo. It delights the palate with floral notes of jasmine, rose and cinnamon, broken up by the crunch of a red berry crumble.
In the tub or as cremino, the Rosalia kit is ready for your display case.
The kit contains: Jasmine Paste (1 kg tin), Rose di Riviera Paste (1 kg tin), Cinnamon Paste (1 kg tin), Fanta Crumble Red (2.5 kg tin).
DOSAGE: 840 g of mix + 15 g of Cinnamon Paste + 40 g of Rose di Riviera Paste + 20 g of Jasmine Paste + 75 g of cream.
