DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS

Elenka’s Almond Brittle is a grain made by the artisan processing of caramelised Sicilian almonds.

Used in gelato to enrich tubs, to decorate cakes and to garnish spumoni. It is one of the ingredients of the Il Siciliano kit.

DOSAGE: in gelato 130/150 g per litre of mix.
