Base for preparing a thick “Fior di Panna” ice cream, made with fresh milk and cream, free from vegetable fats, with a natural cream flavour.

Excellent for preparing all kinds of cream-based ice creams, by adding the flavouring paste.

Le Pastorizzate are the innovative Martini Linea Gelato liquid bases. A specifically formulated mix of ingredients, already pasteurised, that allows gelato maker to avoid this process during gelato production, with the guarantee of constant high quality standards.

DOSAGE

  • Gelato Fiordipanna: 3 l of base
  • Gelato prepared with fat-based pastes: 1 l base + 300 g pastae + 60 g dextrose
  • Gelato prepared with sugar pastes: 2 l base + 300 g pasta + 100 g panna
  • Gelato wtih variegate: 3 l base + variegation
