Elenka’s Pistacchio Trinacria Paste is made with excellent Sicilian pistachios from areas with special terroir, given a “gentle” roast.
It stands out for the rich, intense and lasting aroma typical of Sicilian nuts. No flavourings or artificial colourings; ideal for gelato, creams and fillings.
DOSAGE
Gelato: 80/100 g per 1000 g of base mix.
Pastry: 90 g per 1000 g of custard or cream.
PACKAGING: 2.5 kg bucket.
