DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Pistacchio Oroverde is Elenka’s premium pure paste of Etna pistachios. Etna pistachios are unmistakable for their smooth, floral and intense aroma, a result of the land where they grow.
Processed with full respect for their properties and subject to strict quality controls, they are gently roasted by expert hands to bring out their whole aromatic range. The paste gives gelato a delicate, lasting and elegant taste. No flavourings or artificial colourings.
It can also be used in doughs for desserts and pistachio specialities.
DOSAGE
Gelato: 80/100 g per 1000 g of base mix.
Pastry: 90 g per 1000 g of custard or cream.
PACKAGING: 1 kg tin.
