properties of artisan gelato, offering the same sensory experience as a freshly served cone.


Delivery Plus is also free from animal derivatives, allergens and flavourings, making it also suitable for lactose-free
gelato and fruit sorbets. This product can be used both hot or cold, enhancing the flavour of the finished gelato
without affecting storage in the display case.


DOSAGE: 50-60 g per Kg. of mix. Hot or cold process.
