Flavouring paste to make ice cream with the traditional taste of Malaga: rum, raisin wine and raisins.
PACKAGE
Box of 6 kg. - 2 buckets of 3 kg.
DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Add the paste to pasteurized white base, shake well with whisk until completely homogenized and leave to stand about 30 min. Then stir in the batch freezer. Obtained gelato may be served as well or marbled with ripple creams.
Dosage: 50 g of paste + 1 litre of white base
Process: cold
