Besides layered trays, Cremino Salty Cream is used to fill and glaze cakes and semifreddi or as a creamy centre for pralines.
Ideal for: layered cremino gelato in the display, ripples, gelato cakes and semifreddi, in gelato shops and pastry labs.
Features: scoopable at -20 °C, ready to use, Kosher certified.
Directions: pour into the tray and freeze as it is, or use for rippling.
Dosage: as desired, on its own or for rippling.
