DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Elenka’s Sour Cherry Ripple, in the version with natural colourings, is used for the sour cherry flavour and is perfect for rippling fiordilatte.
Also great for decorating sundaes and filling semifreddo.
DOSAGE
Sour cherry gelato: 1000 g of water + 300 g of sugar + 50 g of Geloin + 100 g of Sour Cherry.
As a ripple: to taste, added to the gelato as it is extracted from the batch freezer.
PACKAGING: 6 kg bucket.
