Leagel Honeycomb is a versatile product used both as a flavouring paste and as a ripple: white chocolate and honey sauce with crunchy honeycomb toffee pieces (20%), inspired by Asian street food.

Besides rippling, Honeycomb is used to decorate the top of the tray, fill cones and finish semifreddi; it turns a basic flavour into an indulgent, recognisable offering.

Recommended pairings: fior di latte, yogurt and almond milk.
