DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Martini Gelato Exotic Juice is a complete powder base for artisan gelato with a tropical taste, made with mango, passion fruit, pineapple and turmeric.
Made with real fruit and natural flavourings, it is vegan and free from emulsifiers; in Martini's videos it also becomes a striking exotic granita.
Ideal for: exotic sorbets, granita and semifreddo.
Features: vegan, no emulsifiers.
Directions: dissolve the base in lukewarm water, blend and batch-freeze; also suitable for granita and semifreddo.
Dosage: 1 bag + 2.8 kg of lukewarm water.
