For Dubai Chocolate gelato, ripple it with Brunella CROK Pistachio Dubai and build a crunchy first layer with Martini milk stracciatella.
Ideal for: Dubai Chocolate gelato, cremino and trend flavours.
Directions: dissolve the base in boiling water with a stick blender, allow to cool and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 1 bag + 2.2 kg of boiling water.
