DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Elenka’s Cremino Base is a pre-sweetened powder for making a sweet, velvety cold cream in the granita machine.
The flavour can be customised, for example with pistachio or hazelnut; for a richer product add fresh milk or cream. Ideal for bars and gelato shops in summer.
DOSAGE: 500 g of Cremino Base + 1 l of whole milk or water; mix and pour into the machine.
PACKAGING: 1 kg bag.
