The Pa'ncucciato is an artisan panettone unique in its conception because it comes from the semolina of Couscous that becomes sweet thanks to a procedure that comes from the Sicilian culinary tradition.

The raisins of Pantelleria, a selection of the highest choice of candied fruit, organic orange and lemon syrups are just some of the ingredients that make Pa'ncucciato an authentic expression of the Sicilian territory.

The slow artisan leavening gives the dough softness, lightness and high digestibility. The crunchy icing evokes the ideal embrace between Africa and Sicily, respectively the starting and arrival point of Couscous in its millennial journey.

That's why Pa'ncucciato is not simply a panettone, but at the same time a vision, a metaphor.

Pa’ncucciato is unique and original in every way. The packaging is a sweet treasure chest: the removable red dome returns, revealing a delightful surprise: a delicious pistachio-flavored cream to fill the panettone.

Pa’ncucciato is an artisanal panettone with limited production. Deliveries will begin in early November 2025.

COVERING GLAZE: Brown sugar, peeled almonds, egg white, traditional fresh butter, corn flour, wheat flour. May contain traces of soy and other nuts.
