Soy-gelato base sweetened with fructose. Strong notes of vanilla and a perfect creaminess characterize the finished ice cream. Product to be used in ice cream to obtain a soyaalla vanilla low-calorie ice cream.
Dosage: low-fat milk or water lt. 1, Hiposoya Gr. 400. With cold working it is not necessary to add more ingredients since the preparation is complete. You can use fat-free ingredients to create other flavors. It is advisable to wait 30 minutes to stir the mixture.
