Ready Spirulice NSA Rubicone is a no-added-sugar spirulin gelato base: complete powder mix for artisan gelato and soft serve with a vanilla taste and the natural blue colour of spirulina, made with water only.
Spirulina gives a natural blue and the taste is vanilla: no added sugar, an eye-catching, lighter gelato.
Ideal for: display trays, sundaes and soft serve.
Features: complete product, for trays and soft-serve machines, no added sugar, gluten-free, Halal certified, Kosher certified.
Directions: mix with water and batch-freeze or pour into the soft-serve machine.
Dosage: gelato 1.35 kg with 2.5 L of water; soft serve 1.35 kg with 3 L of water.
