Ready Spirul Ice Rubicone is a gelato base: a complete powder mix for artisan gelato and soft serve with vanilla flavour and the natural blue colour of spirulina, lactose-free, made with water only.
Spirulina gives a natural blue to a lactose-free vanilla gelato: an eye-catching flavour for children and families, made with water only.
Ideal for: display trays, sundaes and soft serve.
Features: complete product, for trays and soft-serve machines, lactose-free, gluten-free, Halal certified, Kosher certified.
Directions: mix with water and batch-freeze or pour into the soft-serve machine.
Dosage: gelato 1.35 kg with 2.5 L of water; soft serve 1.35 kg with 3 L of water.
