DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Soft Spirul Ice NSA Rubicone is a no-added-sugar soft serve base for artisan gelato: a complete powder mix for vanilla soft serve with the natural light blue of spirulina, made with water only.
Spirulina extract gives a natural light blue to a vanilla soft serve with no added sugar: an eye-catching flavour even for those cutting down on sugar.
Ideal for: display trays, sundaes and soft serve.
Features: complete product, for trays and soft-serve machines, no added sugar, gluten-free, Halal certified, Kosher certified.
Directions: mix with water and batch-freeze or pour into the soft-serve machine.
Dosage: gelato 1.35 kg with 3 L of water; soft serve 1.35 kg with 3.5 L of water.
