DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS

High-quality paste made with 100% shelled pistachios, with a touch of chlorophyll to give it a bright color.
Dissolve the paste in the water- or milk-based mixture to flavor the ice cream, stirring continuously with a whisk until fully blended. Let it rest for about 30 minutes. Then, churn the mixture to make the desired ice cream, which can be served as is or decorated with swirls.
