Excellent powdered yogurt to get a slightly sour classic yogurt ice cream, use in addition to a white base.

DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Add to pasteurized white base, shake well with a whisk until completely homogenized and leave to rest for about 30 min. Then stir in the batch freezer. Serve or marble with with ripple creams.
Dosage: 100g/150g of paste + 1 litre of white Base
