Stickaway Crunchy Black with Cocoa Nibs Leagel is an extra-crunchy dark chocolate coating for artisan gelato with cocoa nibs, designed for gelato on a stick, stracciatella and for coating semifreddi and single portions.

Drizzled over freshly churned gelato, Stickaway Crunchy Nero con Gruè breaks into crunchy flakes for an original stracciatella; it also finishes semifreddi, gelato sandwiches and single portions.

Ideal for: fior di latte and hazelnut sticks, intense stracciatella.

Features: cocoa nibs, no hydrogenated fats, no artificial colourings, gluten-free.

Directions: melt in a bain-marie at about 30 °C and use as desired.

Dosage: to taste, by dipping the stick.
