DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Stickaway Crunchy Mango Leagel is a chocolate coating for artisan gelato with freeze-dried mango pieces, a tropical fruit stracciatella, designed for gelato on a stick, stracciatella and for coating semifreddi and single portions.
It breaks into crunchy flakes for an original stracciatella. Freeze-dried fruit gives a tangy, crunchy bite.
Ideal for: coconut, yogurt and passion fruit sticks.
Features: freeze-dried fruit pieces, no hydrogenated fats, no artificial colourings, gluten-free.
Directions: melt in a bain-marie at about 30 °C and use as desired.
Dosage: to taste, by dipping the stick.
