Stickaway Crunchy Pop Corn Leagel is an extra-crunchy coating for artisan gelato with salted toasted corn pieces, designed for gelato on a stick, stracciatella and for coating semifreddi and single portions.

Stickaway Crunchy Pop Corn also coats semifreddi, single portions and gelato sandwiches, widening the display offer; in the tray it becomes a stracciatella with crunchy flakes.

Ideal for: caramel sticks, Easy Pop Corn and snack gelato.

Features: toasted corn pieces, no hydrogenated fats, no artificial colourings, gluten-free.

Directions: melt in a bain-marie at about 30 °C and use as desired.

Dosage: to taste, by dipping the stick.
