DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Stickaway Crunchy Raspberry Leagel is a chocolate coating for artisan gelato with freeze-dried raspberry pieces, a fruit stracciatella, designed for gelato on a stick, stracciatella and for coating semifreddi and single portions.
Freeze-dried fruit pieces and raspberry juice give a tangy taste.
Ideal for: white chocolate sticks, mini cones and gelato bars.
Features: freeze-dried fruit pieces, no hydrogenated fats, no artificial colourings, gluten-free.
Directions: melt in a bain-marie at about 30 °C and use as desired.
Dosage: to taste, by dipping the stick.
