Stickaway Coffee Leagel is a crunchy coffee chocolate coating for artisan gelato, designed for gelato on a stick, stracciatella and for coating semifreddi and single portions.

Gelato on a stick is easy to make and eye-catching, and Stickaway Caffè is the coating that completes it; it is also used for semifreddi, single portions and gelato sandwiches.

Ideal for: fior di latte sticks, coffee stracciatella and affogatos.

Features: no hydrogenated fats, no artificial colourings, gluten-free.

Directions: melt in a bain-marie at about 30 °C and use as desired.

Dosage: to taste, by dipping the stick.
