DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Stickaway Pure Pistachio Leagel is a gelato stick coating for artisan gelato: crunchy pistachio coating with a generous chocolate content, designed for perfect gelato sticks and signature stracciatella. It can also be used to variegate trays and coat semifreddi and single portions.
Pure pistachio with a high chocolate content gives a thin, crunchy shell with no artificial colourings; drizzled into the tray it makes a pistachio stracciatella.
Ideal for: gelato sticks, pistachio stracciatella, semifreddi and coated single portions.
Features: no hydrogenated fats, no artificial colourings, high chocolate content, gluten-free.
Directions: melt in a bain-marie at about 30 °C and use as desired.
Dosage: to taste, by dipping the stick.
