DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Antonella by Toschi is an excellent cream to marble artisan gelato. With soft texture and intense taste is an deal ripple for ice cream, semifreddi and cakes. Best application is on Cremino gelato.
It is also excellent as a gelato paste.
Dosage:
Ripple cream and Cremino: as you like on gelato, layered for Cremino.
Gelato: Mix 800 gr. of Antonella with 1.2 Lt. of warm milk and stir.
